Terrence Frett, CEBS, CLU, CPCU, REBC, RHU

President

Terrence Frett is President and founder of Frett Barrington Ltd. He started the firm in June of 1988, having spent nine years as a sales manager for an insurance agency.

Terry is responsible for the marketing of employee benefit programs to employer groups. His outstanding commitment to his clients has earned him numerous industry awards, such as Top Producer Honors with Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Delta Dental, Humana, United Healthcare and Wisconsin Physician Service. He has gained an industry-wide reputation as a distinguished expert in the employee benefit field and has appeared on both radio and TV shows.

He received his bachelor's degree from St. Norbert College, DePere, Wisconsin and a Master of Business Science degree from Cardinal Stritch College, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He completed his Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC), Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) and Charter Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designations.

Terry is a member (and Past President) of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors - Southeast Wisconsin, International Association of Employee Benefit Specialists, National Association of Health Underwriters, and the Muscular Dystrophy Association. He previously served 6 years on the Board of Directors for the Waukesha Training Center and continues to serve as the State Health Chairperson for National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors-Wisconsin (NAIFA-WI) and the legislative committee for the National Association of Health Underwriters - Wisconsin. In 1998 Terry was the recipient of NAIFA-Wisconsin's "A. Jack Nussbaum Distinguished Service Award" and in 2004 he received the Daniel J. Beck Memorial Award from the Waukesha Training Center for his contributions to persons with disabilities.
