Patty Frett, Vice President
Patty’s knowledge and communication skills make her a key resource for both presenting benefit options to employers and explaining implemented plans to current and prospect employees. She has 18 years of experience working with HR/ Consulting firms such as Accenture and Hewitt Associates. Patty uniquely understands the challenges employers face with choosing the right insurance plan and appreciates the value that a knowledgeable broker brings to your organization.
Career achievements include overhauling her former employer’s benefit program to enhance flexibility and coverage while reducing annual costs by 15%. Patty has also led teams of as many as 110 recruiters hiring 2,100 personnel a year while ensuring that the employee benefits were marketed effectively to the prospective hires. Patty holds a MBA degree from the University of Notre Dame, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from St Norbert College.
